A document, or a new revision, needs to go out. Awery Documents Library runs the document approval workflow end to end: it processes the document, assigns the distribution list, notifies the right users, tracks their acknowledgement and acceptance, and produces a report on distribution status.

Documents Library adds its own layer on top: connections run over SSL, hosting sits with a certified provider using industry standard security, data replicates live to mirrored servers with daily backups, and a signed NDA covers data protection. You control user access yourself, down to blocking logins by IP or after repeated failed attempts.
